PROFESSIONALISM
• Our DJ’s dress in formal attire. Tux shirts, button covers and burgundy vests are the signature dress of the Music Caterer entertainers. We will also adjust our attire to meet
your special requests for themed and informal events.
• Two DJ’s are present at every event. This allows us to run a highly interactive sound and light show, while also visiting with your guests and taking requests. By providing 2 professional entertainers at your event, we are able to seemlessly set up the grand march, and keep in contact with you and the bridal party at all times. This assures an interactive, fun and professionally catered evening for you and your guests.
• We guide you and your guests through the entire evening, announcing and orchestrating requested bridal party events, dance contests, and special dedications. We pride ourselves in the repoire that we develope with our clients and their guests at every single Music Caterer event.
• As a member of the American Disc Jockey Association, we are fully insured and carry a $2 million liability policy. We are one of only a few DJ services in Northeastern Wisconsin who are members of this prestigious association. Through the ADJA, we are able to offer backup equipment and other professional services to our clients. You will always have the peace of mind knowing that no matter what, you will have a sound system and DJs at your event.
CUSTOMIZATION
• To help customize your reception, we provide our contracting clients a two page Wedding Planner. This document gives you an opportunity to plan your event down to the very last detail. Envision your evening, pick out special songs (Father/Daughter dance, etc.) and more importantly, have it all taken care of well before your wedding day. You’ll get the sheet with your contract - or click here to download one now - and we ask that you return it three weeks prior to your wedding date.
• If you need help filling out the wedding planner, or want to meet to discuss the evening in greater detail, we are more than happy to meet with you. We pride ourselves in personalized event planning, and welcome the opportunity to work with you to see that your event is unique and special.
• We’re flexible. If situations come up during the evening that you may have forgotten about (i.e. you realize it’s your Grandma Matilda’s birthday), we can accommodate your requests. Our fully digitized, computer based music library is not only fast, but allows us to fully customize your event so that all of your special requests and dedications are in place well before the event is underway.
• We have a complete music library that includes all styles of music. From big band to international, oldies to hip hop, waltzes to rap, country to reggae – we have over 15,000 songs, and keep adding more every day. See some of the popular party songs we play.
INTERACTION
• We pride ourselves in being premier entertainers who have a knack for getting the crowd up and dancing and having fun! However, this is your party, and it’s your personality we strive to exude. Therefore, we are as interactive as you want us to be.
• Dance contests, hula-hoops, limbo sticks, prizes, giveaways – we have it all, and we can do it all.
• A wireless microphone allows us to interact with the crowd, and within the crowd.
• Our fantastic light show, including mirror ball, intelligent lights, strobe lights, colored floor illuminators, and rotating beacons, creates a nightclub atmosphere and high energy.
